Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered on a subscription, pre-sale or try-before-you-buy basis. This cancellation policy states how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the length of the subscription and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be securely stored and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription.

Presale Orders
When you purchase a presale order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available, but is not yet in inventory. We may not charge any payment or may charge a partial deposit at the time of payment, store your payment method, and then make and collect the full payment or the remaining payment at a future date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-sale order that has not been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full refund.
